+ Can photos be transferred on any colour blanket?

No, photos can only be transferred to white blankets.

+ Can a photo blanket be created for the loss of a newborn?

Yes, if you have an available photo.

+ What size is the Photo on the blanket?

The standard blanket photos are approxomately 11cm x 9.5cm.

+ What if my photo is larger than the standard blanket photo size?

We will edit all photos to fit the required size.

+ Do you have any requirements for photos supplied?

We request that photos supplied not contain large amounts of the colour red as it does not transfer well onto the blankets. We also ask that you have permission to use and provide us with the photo you would like to use.

+ What file format is required for the photos?

We require photos to be sent through in a JPEG or PNG file format.

+ Can I have multiple photos on a blanket?

No, we only provide one photo per blanket.

+ I have lost my best friend. Am I eligible receive a free Ministry blanket?

Unfortunately this is outside of our free giving criteria, but you sre able to purchase a blanket. Please contact us and we will send you directions on how to proceed with a special order.

+ Can I have different scripture than what is advertised?

No, the free Ministry blankets are offered only as advertised. However Heavens Comfort Ministries reserves the right to make changes at its own discretion. Special order blankets can be purchased and customers are advised to contact us for all special order queries.

+ How long before I will receive my order?

Heavens Comfort Ministries currently operates on a maximum 3 week turn around schedule.

+ I haven't received my order?

Heavens Comfort Ministries uses Australia Post and will send a tracking number when your order has been dispatched. You can use this number to track your order with Australia Post.

+ I live overseas, can I still order a blanket?

Heavens Comfort Ministries does send blankets overseas. Customers will be notified of the extra postage charge, which will require payment before the order can be processed.
